iLottoCheck is not affiliated with any official lottery operator. We provide online tools for checking tickets against publicly available results, notifications, and informational statistics. Wins are always validated by official rules and authorised retailers or channels — never rely on our site alone to claim prizes.

Who we are

“iLottoCheck”, “we”, “us” refers to the operator of ilottocheck.com. Features may change over time. These terms apply to visitors and registered users wherever not superseded by mandatory law.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to use the internet service in your country. Provide accurate registration details where required.

Services description

The Service includes ticket-checking calculators, lottery result information, statistics (when offered to your account), optional alerts where enabled, and related web features. It does not constitute financial, gambling, investment, legal, or tax advice. Draws are random; past results do not predict future draws.

Fees and payment

Paid plans are billed through Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Their checkout and receipt may describe your purchase. When subscriptions are offered, fees and renewal dates will be disclosed before checkout. By purchasing, you authorise Paddle to charge the disclosed amount on the billing cycle shown at checkout until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel renewal through the links or Paddle customer tooling provided with your receipt, or contact us via Contact. When you cancel, you usually keep access until the end of your current prepaid period unless we state otherwise by law or policy.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break security, overload systems, scrape in ways that disregard our safeguards, redistribute our code, or impersonate users.
Use the Service only where lawful. You are responsible for complying with lottery and gambling rules in your region.

Intellectual property

Logo, layouts, wording, branding, compiled data presentation, software, and other original material on the Service are ours or our licensors. Do not reuse without consent except as allowed by law.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Limitation of liability

TO THE EXTENT LAW ALLOWS, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT TYPICALLY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE LAST TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (WHERE APPLICABLE), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

Changes

Governing law and disputes

Unless mandatory rules in your country require otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our operating entity; courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive venue, subject to non-waivable consumer protections you may have at home.
